Biking in Florida last week

It was a short trip to Florida last week. But enjoyed some sunshine, warm weather and friends. In this photo, Realtor Ed Sherman and I enjoyed biking at Lake Woodruff National Wildlife Refuge. Saw a "bunch" of wildlife, got some exercise and enjoyed the day. Photo by Arnette Sherman, also a realtor, who rode with us.

FYI - LWNWR as we call it, is a few miles west of Daytona Beach and is just one of the 25 biking trail locations in our Central Florida biking book. It is a wildlife refuge with 450 acres of managed ponds for migratory birds and other wildlife. It's well worth your time to go there and hike, bike and enjoy it and its wildlife.
